• We’ll arrive at the designated location 20–30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• Please allow us to park as close to the entrance as possible—preferably an entrance with wheelchair access—so we can transport the boxes to the activity area.
• If the building does not have an elevator, please arrange for the session to take place on the lowest possible floor.
• In the room where the session will take place, please set up 4 tables (benches can be joined together) so that the team working at each station can sit around such a table.
• A projector is required in the room.
• After the activity is over, we need at least 45 minutes (preferably 1 hour) to pack all the props back into the crates.
• In total, the room where the “Vinci’s Crate” session will take place needs to be available for approximately 3 class hours, including breaks.
• The game can also be organized as an outdoor activity; in that case, pricing is determined individually.

We organize the Vinci’s Box game for groups of 12 to 24 people.

The cost of the session is independent of the number of participants and varies depending on the age group:

• Elementary and high school students—cost: 1,200 PLN + travel expenses (up to 400 PLN) in Warsaw and the surrounding area; workshop prices for other regions of Poland are determined individually.
• College students—cost: 1,500 PLN
• Adults—cost: 2,000 PLN

According to the price list, for groups of more than 24 people, the cost increases by the price of an additional chest—500 PLN.
