PARTICIPANTS
"Vinci’s Chest" is a team-building game that both young people and adults will thoroughly enjoy. It is an excellent way to foster bonding and get to know one another, whether in a classroom setting or within a work team.
Young people at various stages of their education are faced with the need for change. A change in class composition due to reorganization in 7th grade, or the transition from elementary to secondary school—these are moments when it is especially important to focus on integrating the class.
A team-building game for students, during which they get to know one another, discover their abilities, and establish their roles within the group, is a valuable experience for young people. For the homeroom teacher, it is a unique opportunity for pedagogical observation and for getting to know the students and their abilities.
Students develop a range of competencies:
- communication in their native language and foreign languages,
- mathematical and scientific-technical competencies,
- digital competencies,
- learning skills,
- personal, social, and civic competencies,
- entrepreneurship,
- critical and analytical thinking,
- cultural awareness and expression.
Organizing an integration game based on escape room mechanics is one of the most effective and interesting ways to build cooperation among adult participants. This type of activity provides excitement, stimulates creativity, and allows for the observation of natural group behavior under time pressure. Above all, however, it develops a set of competencies that are extremely important in everyday teamwork.
Participants practice:
- advanced teamwork,
- effective group communication,
- reading comprehension and drawing conclusions,
- resourcefulness, logical thinking, and creativity,
- construction skills and spatial thinking.
